سياسة المنتجات
تنظم هذه السياسة قوائم المنتجات المرتبطة بالصحة والعناية داخل طب. المنتجات للعرض والتواصل حيث تتوفر، وليست بيعاً مباشراً من طب.
دور طب
طب ليست البائع أو المصنع أو المستورد أو الموزع أو الصيدلية أو الضامن لأي منتج، ما لم يذكر خلاف ذلك صراحة. المزود أو البائع مسؤول عن قانونية المنتج وسلامته وأصالته وسعره وتوفره والضمان والدعم وأي ادعاءات مرتبطة به.
منتجات محظورة أو مقيدة
- الأدوية التي تتطلب وصفة، المواد الخاضعة للرقابة، المخدرات، أو أي منتج غير قانوني.
- اللقاحات، المضادات الحيوية، الحقن، الهرمونات، أو المنتجات التي تحتاج إشرافاً تنظيمياً خاصاً ما لم تتم مراجعتها والموافقة عليها قانونياً ومهنياً.
- الأجهزة الغازية أو الجراحية أو أجهزة التعقيم أو الأجهزة عالية الخطورة.
- المنتجات المقلدة أو مجهولة المصدر أو التي تنتهك علامات تجارية.
- العلاجات المعجزة أو ادعاءات علاج مرض أو شفاء أو نتيجة مضمونة.
- ادعاءات غير آمنة للبصريات أو العدسات اللاصقة مثل الاستغناء عن الفحص أو تحديد درجة للجميع.
- الأدوية أو اللقاحات أو المضادات البيطرية ما لم تتم مراجعتها والموافقة عليها قانونياً ومهنياً.
مسؤولية المستخدم
يجب على المستخدم التحقق من ملاءمة المنتج وسلامته وتعليماته من مختص مؤهل أو من البائع مباشرة، ولا يجوز الاعتماد على وصف المنتج داخل طب كتشخيص أو علاج أو وصفة.
حق المراجعة والإزالة
يجوز لطب رفض أو إخفاء أو حذف أي منتج أو تقييد مزود عند وجود ادعاء مضلل أو خطر سلامة أو مخالفة قانونية أو بلاغ أو انتهاك لهذه السياسة.

Products policy
This policy governs health- and care-related product listings on Tib. Products are shown for discovery and contact where available; Tib does not sell products directly.
Tib’s role
Tib is not the seller, manufacturer, importer, distributor, or guarantor of any product unless explicitly stated otherwise. The provider or seller is responsible for the product’s legality, safety, authenticity, price, availability, warranty, support, and related claims.
Prohibited or restricted products
- Prescription medicines, controlled substances, narcotics, or any illegal product.
- Vaccines, antibiotics, injections, hormones, or products requiring special regulatory oversight unless lawfully and professionally reviewed and approved.
- Gas, surgical, sterilization, or high-risk devices.
- Counterfeit, unknown-origin, or trademark-infringing products.
- Miracle treatments or claims to cure disease, heal, or guarantee results.
- Unsafe optics or contact-lens claims such as skipping exams or one-size-fits-all prescriptions.
- Veterinary medicines, vaccines, or antibiotics unless lawfully and professionally reviewed and approved.
User responsibility
Users must verify a product’s suitability, safety, and instructions with a qualified professional or directly with the seller. Product descriptions on Tib must not be relied on as diagnosis, treatment, or a prescription.
Review & removal rights
Tib may reject, hide, or delete any product or restrict a provider when there is a misleading claim, safety risk, legal violation, report, or breach of this policy.
