إرشادات المزودين
هذه الإرشادات تنطبق على أي طبيب أو مركز أو مختبر أو صيدلية أو مزود أو متجر أو جهة تنشر أو تدير ملفاً داخل طب.
المسؤولية الأساسية
المزود مسؤول عن دقة ملفه ومؤهلاته وتراخيصه وخدماته وموقعه وأرقامه وأسعاره وساعات العمل ومنشوراته وفيديوهاته ومنتجاته ووظائفه وحملاته. ظهور الملف داخل طب لا يعني اعتماداً أو ضماناً من طب.
البيانات والتراخيص
يجب ألا يدعي المزود لقباً أو اختصاصاً أو ترخيصاً أو انتماءً أو اعتماداً أو علاقة حكومية أو مستشفوية أو تأمينية غير صحيحة. يجب تحديث البيانات فور تغيرها.
الادعاءات الطبية والتجميلية
يمنع ضمان النتائج أو الشفاء أو استخدام عبارات مضللة مثل "مضمون" أو "نهائي" أو "بدون مخاطر". يجب أن يكون أي محتوى طبي أو تجميلي مهنياً وغير مضلل ولا يشجع على قرار طبي بدون استشارة مختص.
صور المرضى وقبل/بعد
لا يجوز نشر صور أو فيديوهات أو نتائج تخص مريضاً أو عميلاً إلا مع موافقة صحيحة وموثقة، وسياق غير مضلل، واحترام الخصوصية والكرامة وأي متطلبات مهنية أو قانونية.
المنتجات والوظائف
يلتزم المزود بسياسة المنتجات وسياسة الوظائف. يمنع نشر منتجات مقيدة أو أدوية وصفية أو ادعاءات علاجية محظورة أو إعلانات وظائف مضللة أو تمييزية.
الترويج والحملات
أي حملة أو ظهور مميز يخضع لشروط الترويج ولا يضمن المرضى أو المبيعات أو الاتصالات أو النتائج. المزود مسؤول عن قانونية ودقة المحتوى المروج.
حق طب في المراجعة
يحق لطب رفض أو إخفاء أو إزالة أو تعليق أي ملف أو محتوى أو منتج أو وظيفة أو حملة أو حساب عند وجود مخالفة أو خطر أو بلاغ أو سبب قانوني أو أمني.

Provider guidelines
These guidelines apply to any doctor, center, lab, shop, provider, store, or entity that publishes or manages a profile on Tib.
Core responsibility
Providers are responsible for the accuracy of their profile, qualifications, credentials, services, location, phone numbers, prices, hours, posts, videos, products, jobs, and campaigns. A profile appearing on Tib does not mean Tib endorses or guarantees it.
Data & credentials
Providers must not claim a title, specialty, credential, affiliation, endorsement, or relationship that is false. Update information promptly when it changes.
Medical & cosmetic claims
Guaranteed results, cures, or misleading phrases such as “guaranteed,” “final,” or “risk-free” are prohibited. Medical or cosmetic content must be professional, not misleading, and must not encourage medical decisions without consulting a qualified professional.
Patient photos & before/after
Do not publish photos, videos, or results relating to a patient or client without proper documented consent, non-misleading context, and respect for privacy, dignity, and any professional or legal requirements.
Products & jobs
Providers must follow the products policy and jobs policy. Restricted products, prescription medicines, prohibited therapeutic claims, and misleading or discriminatory job ads are not allowed.
Promotions & campaigns
Any campaign or featured placement is subject to promotion terms and does not guarantee patients, sales, contacts, or outcomes. Providers are responsible for the legality and accuracy of promoted content.
Tib review rights
Tib may reject, hide, remove, or suspend any profile, content, product, job, campaign, or account when there is a violation, risk, report, or legitimate legal or security reason.
