الوصول إلى الحساب وتسجيل الدخول
للمشاكل المتعلقة بتسجيل الدخول أو رموز OTP أو تغيير رقم الهاتف أو استعادة الوصول، أرسل وصفاً واضحاً ورقم الهاتف أو اسم المستخدم المرتبط بالحساب إن وُجد.
ملفات المزودين
لأسئلة التحقق أو تعديل الاسم أو الموقع أو تصحيح بيانات مزود، أرسل رابط الملف أو اسم المزود والتفاصيل المطلوب مراجعتها.
الإبلاغ عن محتوى أو مستخدمين أو مزودين
أبلغ عن معلومات طبية مضللة، احتيال، انتحال هوية، انتهاك خصوصية، محتوى مسيء، أو إساءة في الرسائل. أرفق رابط المحتوى أو اسم الحساب عند الإمكان.
طلبات حذف الحساب
راجع صفحة حذف الحساب أولاً. إذا لم تستطع الدخول إلى التطبيق، راسلنا من الهاتف أو البريد المرتبط بالحساب مع تأكيد واضح لطلب الحذف.

منتجات ووظائف وحملات
للمشاكل المتعلقة بمنتج أو وظيفة أو حملة ترويجية، أرسل رابط العنصر أو معرّف المحتوى والتفاصيل ولقطة شاشة عند توفرها.

عند التواصل، يرجى تضمين وصف واضح، رقم الهاتف أو اسم المستخدم إن وجد، نوع الحساب، رابط المحتوى أو اسم المزود عند توفره، ولقطات شاشة إذا كانت المشكلة تقنية.
نسعى للرد في أقرب وقت ممكن بشكل معقول، وفق نوع الطلب وحجمه. البلاغات المتعلقة بالسلامة أو الخصوصية أو الوصول إلى الحساب لها أولوية أعلى.

Account access & sign-in
For sign-in, OTP, phone number changes, or account access issues, send a clear description plus the phone number or username linked to the account, if any.
Provider profiles
For verification, name or location changes, or inaccurate provider data, send the profile link or provider name and the details to review.
Report content, users, or providers
Report misleading medical information, fraud, impersonation, privacy violations, abusive content, or message abuse. Include a content link or account name when possible.
Account deletion requests
Read the account deletion page first. If you cannot access the app, email us from the phone or email linked to the account with a clear deletion confirmation.

For questions about personal data, messages, media, retention, or deletion, use the official email: support@tib-iraq.com
Products, jobs & campaigns
For issues with a product, job listing, or promotion, send the item link or content ID, details, and a screenshot when available.
